The Brazilian Wandering Spider
The Brazilian wandering spider is the most venomous of all spiders. In fact, it only takes 0.006 ounces of it’s venom to kill a mouse. It is called the wandering spider because it wanders the jungle floor at night rather than settling in a web. The spider is also called the banana spider for it’s notorious habit of hiding in bunches of bananas, causing great hazards to banana pickers. It is responsible for more deaths than any other spider in the world.
